Telephone Calls and Emails
Telephone calls and emails during regularly scheduled office hours will be handled by office personnel who, in most cases, can answer your questions directly or relay answers to you. Calls that require direct consultation with a physician will be returned as soon as possible. Since we cannot diagnose over the phone, we may ask you to see the doctor even if you think it is not necessary.
Be Prepared For Your Appointment
There are a few simple things you can do to prepare for your appointment. Come with a list of names and dosages of your present medications and the results of any visit related x-ray, mammogram, or lab test not perform at Falmouth Hospital. Also, please bring a copy of your insurance card.
